About the event
Spend your Friday afternoons connecting with others through music in a welcoming, supportive group environment!
This 8-week music therapy series is designed for adults with disabilities who enjoy music, making new friends, and expressing themselves in creative ways. Each session is led by a board-certified music therapist and offers a variety of engaging, interactive musical experiences.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
🎶 Sing favorite songs
🥁 Play a variety of instruments
✍️ Write songs together
